Enterprise Data & Applied AI

Technology built to survive contact with the real world.

Basha Global Technologies is a Maine-based technology company with a two-state presence. We help organisations put artificial intelligence into production, and we build and operate our own AI products, all grounded in seventeen years of enterprise data engineering for healthcare, retail, and financial-services organisations.

Portland, Maine · Washington State Enterprise data practice since 2009 AI consulting & two owned AI products
What we do

Two lines of business, one foundation.

We are engaged by client organisations to solve enterprise data problems, and we build and own software products of our own. The same practice underwrites both: a decade and a half spent inside regulated systems of record, where a wrong record has consequences.

Line one

AI & data consulting

AI agents, chatbot and voice agent integration, retrieval-grounded systems built on your own records, and LLM orchestration, with data integration and master data management underneath. Delivered by the principal directly, on a written scope, at an agreed fee.

Engagements are taken selectively. If a piece of work is not worth doing, we say so at the proposal stage.

Consulting practice

Line two

Owned software products

We operate the software we write. Our two ventures serve their users directly, which means we absorb the cost of every design decision we make, including uptime, accuracy, support, and unit economics.

That is also our proof of work: the consulting practice recommends nothing it has not already run in production.

Our ventures

What holds across both

AI grounded in real data

Every AI system we build answers from a retrieved, verifiable source rather than model memory, and cites where the answer came from. When the data does not support an answer, the system says so.

Scoped honestly

Fees, deliverables, and the assumptions an estimate rests on are stated in writing before commitment. Problems are raised when found, not summarised at the end.

Built for hard conditions

Rural bandwidth, an ageing population, and unreliable third parties are treated as design constraints rather than edge cases.

Ventures

What we are building.

Basha Global Technologies holds and operates the following products. Each is developed in-house, owned outright, and operated on infrastructure we control.

Maine AI Hub In development

maineaihub.com

An artificial-intelligence receptionist for small businesses. Maine AI Hub answers a business’s phone calls and website chats around the clock, books appointments, captures leads, and follows up by text message when a call is missed.

  • Voice agent on a dedicated business phone number
  • Embeddable website chat widget
  • Automated post-call text follow-up
  • Outcome reporting that attributes revenue to captured calls
  • Prepaid usage billing, no subscription or contract

MaineGPT Phase one complete

mainegpt.com

A public-interest search and resource platform for the State of Maine. MaineGPT answers housing and assistance questions from a curated database of Maine municipalities and aid programmes rather than from general web content.

  • Coverage of all 474 Maine municipalities
  • Directory of state and community assistance programmes
  • Property-tax relief and heating-assistance guidance by town
  • Housing search with county and municipal breakdowns
  • Every answer returned with its source
Foundation

Seventeen years in enterprise data.

The company is led by a data architect whose career was spent inside the systems of record of large regulated organisations, the platforms that have to be right.

17 Years designing and operating enterprise data platforms
5 U.S. metropolitan markets served across the career
3 Regulated sectors: healthcare, retail, financial services
2 Products designed, built, and owned in-house
Operating principles

How we work.

  • Sourced answers only. AI output is grounded in retrieved records and cites its source. We do not ship systems that invent facts.
  • Transparent pricing. Published rates, prepaid balances, customer-set spending caps, and no automatic renewals.
  • Consent-first communication. Automated messaging honours opt-out instantly and respects quiet hours by default.
  • We do not sell customer data. Not to advertisers, brokers, or model trainers.
  • Accessibility is a requirement. Semantic markup and assistive-technology support, built for an older population.
  • Built for weak connections. Rural bandwidth is a design constraint, not an edge case.
  • Payments handled by regulated processors. Card data never touches our systems.
  • Verified before shipped. No feature is called complete until it has been demonstrated working.
