8. Refund policy

No sale is made on this website. The following describes the policy applied by our products, and is published here so that it is a matter of record.

• Prepaid credit. Service is purchased as prepaid credit, drawn down against metered usage at published rates.
• Unused credit is refundable. A customer may request a refund of any unused balance at any time. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Consumed usage is not refundable. Once a message has been answered or a call minute delivered, that service has been rendered.
• Billing errors. If we bill in error, we correct it and refund the difference without requiring a dispute.
• No subscription. There is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal, and no cancellation fee. Credit that is not spent simply remains unspent.
• How to request. Write to the support address published on the relevant product website. Requests are answered within five business days.

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
