Who we are.
Basha Global Technologies is a privately held technology company headquartered in Portland, Maine, with a registered presence in Washington State. We deliver enterprise data and applied-AI consulting, and we design, build, own, and operate our own software.
A practice that became a product company.
The company began as an independent technology consultancy, and consulting remains a working line of business rather than a legacy of one. It now also operates as the parent of two software products. That progression matters, because it determines how we build: the work that funded this company was enterprise data engineering, performed inside organisations where an incorrect record is not an inconvenience but a liability.
Seventeen years of that work covered integration pipelines, master data platforms, and database administration for healthcare, retail, and financial-services organisations across five United States metropolitan markets. It left one conviction above the rest. The value of an intelligent system lies almost entirely in the quality and provenance of the data beneath it.
When generative artificial intelligence became commercially viable, the obvious application was not another general-purpose assistant. It was the narrow, unglamorous, genuinely useful problems that national platforms decline to solve because the addressable market is too small and too rural. A tradesperson in central Maine losing work to unanswered calls. A household trying to determine which assistance programme its town actually administers. Those are data problems wearing an AI costume, and they are the problems this company was built to solve.
The two sides reinforce each other. Client engagements keep the practice current against real enterprise systems; running our own products means the practice recommends nothing it has not already operated in production, at its own expense.
We operate without outside investment. Both products are owned outright by the company. That independence is deliberate: it allows us to price honestly, to decline business models that depend on selling customer data, and to build for the length of time these problems will actually take to solve.

How we handle risk.
Our products process personal information, place automated telephone calls, send text messages, and take payment. Each of those carries obligations we treat as design constraints rather than afterthoughts.
Payments and financial controls
- All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Card data never transits or rests on company infrastructure.
- Customer funds are held as prepaid service credit, drawn down against metered usage and reconciled per transaction.
- Every chargeable event is logged with its cost basis, producing an auditable usage record.
- Customer-defined spending caps are enforced before a chargeable action executes, not after.
Communications compliance
- Automated text messaging operates under registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registrations with the messaging carrier.
- Opt-out keywords are honoured immediately and permanently, and are checked before every outbound message.
- Quiet-hours restrictions are enforced automatically against the recipient’s local time.
- Calls and messages are placed on behalf of a disclosed business, never anonymously.
Data protection
- Personal data is not sold, rented, or brokered under any circumstance.
- Customer conversation data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
- Database access follows least privilege, with service credentials separated from public credentials.
- Credentials are held in managed environment configuration and are never committed to source control.
Service continuity
- AI inference routes across multiple independent providers with automatic failover.
- Core data is hosted on managed, backed-up database infrastructure.
- Application hosting is delivered from a managed platform with rollback on failed deployment.
- Third-party failure degrades service gracefully rather than terminating it.
