Products we own and operate.
Basha Global Technologies is the parent company of the products below. Each was designed and built in-house, is owned outright with no external investment, and runs on infrastructure the company controls.
Maine AI Hub In development
An artificial-intelligence receptionist for small businesses. It answers the phone and the website chat when the owner cannot: after hours, during a job, on a ladder, mid-appointment. Those conversations become booked work.
The problem
A missed call at a small trades or service business is usually a lost customer; the caller simply dials the next name on the list. Owners cannot answer while working, and a full-time receptionist is out of reach for a business of two or three people.
The product
A voice agent on a dedicated business number and a chat widget on the business website, both trained on that specific business: its hours, services, pricing, and service area. Conversations become appointments, leads, and text follow-ups.
Capabilities
Voice reception
A dedicated phone number answered on the first ring, at any hour, in natural conversation.
Website chat
An embeddable widget added to any existing site with a single line of code.
Missed-call text-back
When a call cannot be completed, the system follows up by text message automatically.
Appointment capture
Booking requests and contact details are captured and delivered to the owner.
Outcome reporting
Every conversation is classified by result, so the owner can see what the service captured.
Weekly summary
A recurring report on calls handled, leads captured, and appointments booked.

Regulatory note. Automated text messaging operates under registered A2P messaging campaigns. Opt-out instructions are honoured immediately and permanently, and outbound messages are suppressed outside permitted hours.
MaineGPT Phase one complete
A public-interest search and resource platform for the State of Maine. Where a general search engine returns national results and forum threads, MaineGPT answers from a curated database of Maine municipalities, assistance programmes, and housing data.
The problem
Maine faces a documented housing shortage and an ageing, geographically dispersed population. The information that would help sits scattered across municipal sites, agency PDFs, and telephone directories. Which programmes exist, which town administers them, what a household actually qualifies for.
The product
A single place to ask a plain-language question and receive an answer assembled from verified Maine sources, with the source shown. Structured pages for every municipality make the same information reachable through ordinary search.
Coverage
474 municipalities
A dedicated page for every incorporated Maine town and city.
16 counties
County-level housing and resource summaries.
Assistance directory
State, municipal, and community-action assistance programmes.
Six resource areas
Assistance, tax relief, heating, food, healthcare, and emergency services.
Design commitments
- Answers are drawn from retrieved records and shown with their source. The system does not invent programmes, addresses, or eligibility rules.
- Municipal and programme pages are served as static content, so they load on slow rural connections.
- The public resource directory is free to use and carries no account requirement.
- Built to accessibility standards for an older population.
Status. Phase one is feature-complete and covers the full municipal and programme dataset. The platform is not yet publicly launched; live listing integrations and data partnerships are in progress.
One engineering foundation.
Both ventures run on the same internally developed platform, which is why a company of this size can operate two products at once.
Retrieval-grounded AI
A shared pipeline that retrieves relevant records first and constrains the model to answer from them, with citations attached.
Multi-provider routing
Requests route across several independent AI providers with automatic failover, so no single vendor outage takes a product offline.
Metered billing core
Usage is priced, logged, and capped per customer at the point of consumption, giving exact unit economics on every transaction.
